Greeeted by a hostess that clearly did not like her job or customers. She wanted to seat us next to the door and when we asked for a different table she was not happy. Wait time for service and to receive food was longer than expected. Steaks are average at best. These are not steak house quality steaks. The only reason I rated a 3 rather than a 2 is the atmosphere.

Słabe to było. Jak na 1300 za jedzenie to naprawdę słabo. New Yorker był tak spalony że nie dało się przeciąć go nożem do steka. Mój krwisty w ogóle nie był krwisty. Są lepsze strojenie w Warszawie. Zupełnie nie polecam. Wino było świetne.

Obsługa bez zarzutu, klimat kompletnie nie w moim stylu ale to kwestia gustu, niestety ta najistotniejsza rzecz czyli jedzenie to kompletna klapa. Jest po prostu kompletnie bez smaku, i mięso, i dodatki. Stek był w ogóle niedoprawiony, sól i pieprz niewiele pomagały, i jak na polędwicę to trzeba się było naprawdę namęczyć z żuciem, a zamówiłem medium rare. Gwiazdkę daję za dobre drinki.

At first the waiter assigned to us was very rude and racist.We didn't know we were not supposed to take pictures. As it was my birthday dinner and l wanted to capture the moment..The waiter just came to us rudely and said "LADIES" with an annoyed face and he walked away.This left us puzzled as we felt like we were little children being commanded to stop by their father. It became worse as the waiter left our table, he went on to tell his colleague and they both looked in disgust . He did not stop there, he even went to tell his other colleague now waiters would pass and look at us. When he came to finally get our order we asked to be served by a different waiter as we were nolonger comfortable being served by him. After that it took a while for us to get another waiter. l don't know if all this happened cause we're people of colour or this is how you treat all your customers.

I was disappointed with my visit to Prime Cut. The appetizers were not amazing and my Ribeye steak simply did not taste that good. The New York Strip was great, but everything else was a letdown.

I was at the prime cut restaurant, the staff was so rude, not willing to help, didn’t even want to listen what we may say. Angry staff, not even smiling. At least our waiter was good and gave us a great service.

Two years ago, Prime Cut was great. I had the best T-bone steak of my life. But now? It’s an overpriced disaster for wannabe "rich people" and influencers posting fake glamour shots on Instagram. The service is a joke. The blonde hostess barely acknowledged us, looking like she’d rather be anywhere else. Our waiter? A lifeless, rude Frankenstein who couldn’t care less. Nobody checked on us during the meal, and when I told him the food was mediocre, he said, “Okay,” and walked off. Zero effort, zero care. The food? Absolute trash. My T-bone was fatty, overcooked, and disgusting. The Chimichurri was a tasteless puddle of oil. The Ribeye was barely decent. They’ve stopped serving sides, increased the prices, and decreased the quality. Prime Cut has gone from serving world-class steaks to being an overpriced joke. Skip it, it’s not worth your time or money. Go ANYWHERE else.

We spent our Sylvester Eve at Prime cut, hoping for a memorable evening, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by several disappointments. First, despite our 10 PM reservation, we were kept waiting for an additional 15 minutes before being seated. We spent our Sylvester Eve at Prime cut, hoping for a memorable evening, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by several disappointments. First, despite our 10 PM reservation, we were kept waiting for an additional 15 minutes before being seated. The booking was done easily on restaurant's homepage. But confirming time of 3 hours (in my case, 4 hours) was a little too long. Hope this can be better in future. Apart of the confirmation time issue, however, the restaurant itself is pretty nice and a give a high class feeling. The service from the staff was on top and professional. About the food, I ordered a sirlion steak, it was good but I'm not sure if it was the best one I ever had eaten. Shall try another steak in same restaurant again next time I visit Warsaw.

We visited Prime Cut for the last night on our holiday, and wow what a memorable meal it was! The food, drinks and service were all amazing. We had pierogi and soup to start followed by two of the Wet Aged Selection Steaks, which were cooked to complete perfection and completely to die for. Our waiter, Pawel S, was so friendly, welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed a really nice conversation about our holiday and what it’s like back home in Liverpool. He’d always make sure that our wine glasses were topped up and that we had everything we needed. He also very kindly took a polaroid photo for us 🥰 We cannot recommend Prime Cut more, and thank you again to Pawel S!!!

Lokal ma potencjal i ciekawy wystrój łącznie z lampami wykorzystującymi przestrzeń, ale niestety okna siłowni wychodzace do wewnątrz psują znacznie wrażenie. Można się poniekąd poczuć jakby siedziało się w poczekalni dworcowej. Uważam, że warto te okna trwale zasłonic. Stek niestety nie przypadl mi do gustu. Zamówiłem Tomahawk z wołowiny sezonowanej na sucho kilkaset złotych i nie były to najlepiej wydane pieniądze. Pewnie lepszy bylby zwykły fillet mignon. Przystawki natomiast bardzo dobre. Obsługa miła i profesjonalna.

The place itself was so lovely - felt like we are at restaurant in NYC, food was great, but the service was terrible. It felt like the waiter is doing a favor to us serving us. It’s a bummer such place has such a horrible service (p.s. other staff seemed to be ok so maybe it’s just us who got unlucky but it really was a killer and we rushed to get out).

Excellent locations and very good food and cool drinker. Best service ever by our waiter Lukasz. A really cool and great waiter who wanted to serve the best for us 9 people on a friday evening.

Stek bardzo dobry. Dobrze przyprawiony z zachowaniem smaku wołowiny, bez dominacji przypraw. Sosy wyśmienite oraz puree ziemniaczane ekstra. Oczywiście polecam również autorskie drinki.

Przepyszne jedzenie, wysokiej jakości produkty, smak - niepowtarzalny, obsługa bardzo miła. Kelner cały czas dbał o Nasz stolik, doradzał, uzupełniał wszystko - nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Jest to miejsce do którego się wraca!
