We are a service that allows you to easily make table reservations at selected restaurants. In some establishments, you can also purchase food with personal pickup or delivery.

We provide comprehensive support for all services from reservations to food delivery. In addition, we offer an advanced search engine for restaurants all over the country, as well as marking your favorite places and creating udotable lists from them. Our system is integrated with Google search engine, so you can make reservations with Reserve with Google from the height of search results.

We offer a service for making reservations and personal pick-ups (at some restaurants), a number of advanced tools to help manage reservations, and numerous options for integrating with external services.

You can use our service free of charge. The only exception is for bookings where you have to pay the restaurant prepayment / deposits online, in which case the payment is subject to a small service charge.

You can create an account in 2 ways. The first is to make a reservation at the restaurant of your choice and in the process you will be asked to fill in the relevant fields. The second is to go to the main page and click on the "Login / Registration" button in the upper right corner. You can also book a table directly in Google search results and manage your reservation in your Google account.

Creating an account is required because of the confirmation of our identity when we make a reservation at a particular restaurant. With this authentication, the restaurant is assured that you are a real person and can contact you in case of an emergency. Therefore, in order to create an account, we need information such as Name, contact phone and email address (which will also be your login). In addition, thanks to them, we can send you notifications about the current status of the reservation you made and remind you of a delicious visit!

There is nothing easier, just go to the "Login / Registration" tab, then under the boxes for entering Login and Password there is a query in blue "Forgot your password". Click on it and follow the further instructions.

After a visit to a restaurant, previously booked through our service, in the profile of a given restaurant we can express our opinion in writing and rate it by giving the appropriate number of stars. Before making a reservation at a selected restaurant, you can also read the opinions of other people, remember unlike some sites, with us ratings can only be given by people who have actually made a reservation at the restaurant. You can make payments to the restaurant in the online forms offered by our payment intermediary TPAY i.e. wire transfer, BLIK etc. In addition, you can also choose to pay by cash or card when you pick up your order.

In very important cases, we encourage you to contact the restaurant directly - by phone or through social media.

Yes, we send confirmation by sms and email. The reservation / order will additionally be visible in the user panel.

In the confirmation of the reservation, which we send by email and text message, we can change or cancel the reservation. As a courtesy, this is up to 12-24h before coming to the restaurant. In urgent cases, please call the restaurant staff directly.

As much as possible. In the footer under the Information tab you will find a button "Suggest a restaurant". We fill out a short form and we're done! Please remember that it is the restaurant that makes the final decision on cooperation with our portal, but thanks to your suggestions it will certainly be easier to get in touch with us :)

Of course! Both in the form of a browser and an app available on Android and IOS devices.

For Android, all you need to do is download it from the Play Store. For an IOS device, you can find our app in the App Store.

Some restaurants on selected days / times / reservations with a larger number of people require payment in advance of the so-called deposit. This is the restaurant's security and is fully refundable - deducted from the bill.

The deposit is refunded by the restaurant - the amount should be deducted from the bill. It is worthwhile when placing an order / before paying the bill to remind the restaurant staff that there was a reservation deposit.

To recover the deposit paid for a reservation after it has been canceled by yourself or the restaurant, please contact the restaurant directly to have us make the refund. IMPORTANT: It is worth remembering that restaurants may have different policies regarding refunds for canceled reservations. Please note when making a reservation whether the deposit for canceled reservations is refundable and when the latest time to cancel to receive a refund of the deposit.

From the moment the restaurant orders us to return the deposit, the procedure takes 1-7 business days. For longer return procedure - please contact the restaurant or our service.

Manage notifications from our service conveniently from the height of your profile.

FV for the meal can only be issued by the restaurant, please contact the restaurant directly. If there was previously paid a deposit deducted from the bill - the FV should be for the total cost incurred. If the deposit was paid online with an additional amount for service charge, the FV for such a charge can be issued by our service after e-mail contact to the address indicated in the footer of the service.

It is likely that the restaurant already has a set of guests at that time. Also keep in mind that each restaurant has its own preference for reservations more in advance or larger groups. If in doubt - contact us or the restaurant.

Welcome to the section of the home page - Eat for half! There you will find offers from restaurants that make their menus available at a 50% discount on certain days and times (provided you order the restaurant's specified drink at full price. Great, right? You can find the rules for using the Eat for Half offer on the subpages of the restaurants using it.

Events added by restaurants are specific date and time range prepaid reservations (ticketed admission). It can be a dinner with a tasting of a new menu, a culinary workshop or, for example, Valentine's Day in a unique setting with a prepaid card of exceptional dishes. Payment must be made at the time of booking online after reviewing the contents of the offer (e.g., what exactly the fee covers and whether it is refundable in case of cancellation).

We are a portal that allows your customers to make reservations online. When we say online, we mean not only our portal, but also a dedicated button on the restaurant's Fanpage, a special service widget on the restaurant's website, and bookings directly from the restaurant's Google Maps business card.

Because it will save you the time it takes to take bookings, provide a surge of new customers and easily manage everything from one place.
