We ordered two filet mignons, and one contained a large amount of tough, unchewed parts (sinews) that could not be eaten at all - something that should never happen with this premium type of steak. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this level, especially with a bill near 150 Euro (dinner for 2 persons). Furthermore, looks like the management doesn't care about customer feedback, as they completely ignored both my direct email and Google review.
