We came as a group of four for their belly dancer event, which we had booked two weeks in advance. We were placed in a small room off to the side, where we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before receiving our drinks. The waitress was not friendly at all, and when she finally brought the drinks, one of the glasses was only half full (even though we had all ordered the same cocktail). Maybe she was a bit thirsty. The show took place in the other rooms for about 15 minutes, and when she finally came in our room, the dancer spent less than a minute with us. We didn’t stay for dinner—between the long wait, the half-full glass (let’s stay positive), and the blink-and-you-miss-it performance, we decided to go eat elsewhere.

Przykro nam z powodu długiego oczekiwania na drinki i nieprzyjemnej obsługi. To nie jest nasz standard. Czy zgłosili Państwo to kelnerowi? Nasza tancerka występuje na różnych poziomach, dlatego występ przy jednym stoliku mógł być krótki. Mamy nadzieję, że dacie nam szansę, by to naprawić.
