Jestem trochę rozczarowana. Rezerwacja była dokonana na dwie godziny zgodnie z powyższym założeniem rezerwacji przez zjedz.my. natomiast już po godzinie dało się wyczuć, że mamy opuścić stolik. Najpierw pani zaproponowała deser, więc my w żartach pamiętając o dwugodzinnej rezerwacji zapytaliśmy czy zdążymy. Było jeszcze 40min do jej końca. Ostatecznie pani kelnerka stwierdziła "że w sumie to nie zdążymy". No to podziękowałam. Z takim podejściem to niekoniecznie już nam się chciało coś więcej tam zamawiać. A szkoda. Bo burgerki dobre.

Bardzo przepraszamy za tę sytuację i za to, że Państwa wizyta pozostawiła taki niesmak. Zależy nam na tym, aby każdy Gość czuł się u nas swobodnie i miał czas, by spokojnie cieszyć się posiłkiem. Tego dnia mieliśmy wyjątkowo dużo rezerwacji, jednak nie jest to żadnym usprawiedliwieniem dla takiej sytuacji. Wierzymy, że kelnerka nie miała złych intencji, natomiast jeśli rzeczywiście padły takie słowa, było to bardzo niefortunne i nie powinno mieć miejsca — szczególnie że do końca rezerwacji pozostało jeszcze 40 minut. Rozumiemy Państwa rozczarowanie, tym bardziej że burgery przypadły Państwu do gustu, a szkoda, żeby takie doświadczenie przesłoniło pozytywne wrażenia z wizyty. Dziękujemy za zwrócenie nam uwagi i jeszcze raz przepraszamy. Mamy nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję gościć Państwa ponownie i tym razem pozostawić po sobie wyłącznie dobre wspomnienia.
