about the restaurant Goldwasser
Was expecting more from this highly rated restaurant. Lobster bisque was excellent. However duck was over cooked and the demi glace was finished after two mouthful. I knew the menu said the best steak in town but I didn’t really feel like steak. Service was professional if somewhat cold. The waitress pushed the same wine to all tables without regard to the order, perhaps based on margin rather than suitable pairing?
