We had a marvelous time at Kaprys na Smak. First the welcome by Wioletta was warm and personal. Then the choice of the wine with her recommendation was outstanding, and finally the food - what a delight. The Rosol Domowy and Oscypek were full of aromas (each different) and carefully prepared. Then the Placek po Wegiersku was simply full of surprises, the mix of the potato pancakes and the rich source of the goulash was just divine. The Piers z Kaczki was a phenomenal preparation, first sou vide and then finished on a pan so the meat is still pink and the skin is seared was simply the best I've ever had. Meeting the chef was another delight. BRAVO!!!
