This restaurant has that rare old-world charm that so many places try to manufacture and so few actually achieve — it felt authentic, warm, and lived-in, like stepping into a beautifully preserved secret. Each course was clearly crafted with real care and skill. The staff deserve just as much praise as the kitchen. They were incredibly knowledgeable, able to speak in depth about every dish and pairing, yet never pretentious about it. It's the kind of service that makes you feel taken care of rather than simply served. This is the whole package: ambiance, food, and hospitality all firing at the highest level. A real gem in Poznan.
