We were looking forward to this. On arrival they said the reservation was for 2 people, I said no it’s for 3 of which they argued and said 2 and I would need to wait. I had to show them the email confirmation sent from them which said 3. No appology and very rude. Ordered starters which took 40 mins to arrive which two of out the three were Cold. They apologised and waited a further 20 mins to get replacement. Decided to order the Messi chicken burger which looked great on the menu, however the cheese slices were replaced with a spot of melted cheese, brioche bun was stale and crumbled in your hand and the chicken was tough due to overcooked. Explained everything at the end on which offered something off the bill.
