About us
Hard Rock Cafe Krakow is located in the heart of old Krakow, at the Main Market Square, next to St. Mary's Basilica. Its windows offer a unique view of Krakow's Market Square and the Cloth Hall. The restaurant has 130 seats located on 3 levels, two bars and a Rock Shop located on the ground floor, where you can buy e.g. souvenir t-shirts with the legendary logo, collectible glass and pins.
At Hard Rock Cafe Kraków, everyone will find something for themselves and everything is accompanied by music and a unique atmosphere. We take very seriously the service of fresh and prepared food on site. In the menu of our restaurant you will find a selection of American cuisine at its best, including: Legendary burgers, ribs, steaks, sandwiches, desserts, but also vegetarian dishes, gluten-free dishes and many others. Following the increasingly demanding guests, their moral, health and ecological values, we occasionally introduce thematic and seasonal menus. Our unique colorful cocktails are also appreciated by our guests. Bartenders mix the highest quality spirits with fresh ingredients to provide guests with the best taste experience. Non-alcoholic fruit and vegetable cocktails are also available.

Hard Rock Cafe Kraków mieści się w samym sercu starego Krakowa, przy Rynku Głównym, obok Bazyliki Mariackiej. Z jego okien rozpościera się niepowtarzalny widok na krakowski Rynek i Sukiennice. Restauracja dysponuje 130 miejscami siedzącymi rozlokowanymi na 3 poziomach, dwoma barami oraz usytuowanym na parterze Rock Shopem, w którym można zakupić m.in. pamiątkowe koszulki z legendarnym logo, kolekcjonerskie szkło i piny.
W Hard Rock Cafe Kraków każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie a wszystkiemu ciągle towarzyszy muzyka i wyjątkowa atmosfera. Bardzo poważnie podchodzimy do serwowania świeżych i przygotowywanych na miejscu potraw. W karcie naszej restauracji znajdą państwo selekcję dań kuchni amerykańskiej w jej najlepszym wydaniu m.in.: Legendarne burgery, żeberka, steki, sandwiche, desery, ale również dania wegetariańskie, dania bezglutenowe i wiele innych. Podążając za coraz bardziej wymagającymi gośćmi, ich wartościami moralnymi, zdrowotnymi i ekologicznymi, okazjonalnie wprowadzamy menu tematyczne oraz sezonowe. We were looking forward to this. On arrival they said the reservation was for 2 people, I said no it’s for 3 of which they argued and said 2 and I would need to wait. I had to show them the email confirmation sent from them which said 3. No appology and very rude. Ordered starters which took 40 mins to arrive which two of out the three were Cold. They apologised and waited a further 20 mins to get replacement. Decided to order the Messi chicken burger which looked great on the menu, however the cheese slices were replaced with a spot of melted cheese, brioche bun was stale and crumbled in your hand and the chicken was tough due to overcooked. Explained everything at the end on which offered something off the bill.

The food, staff and entire building was amazing !! May have been let down with dining alone but honest the staff were friendly enough and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable as I already was!! Another Hard Rock Café ticked off and it was a good one Dziękuję bardzo From a English Lone Wonderer I will be back :)

Had booked a table for 4 of us and was shown straight to out table on arrival. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and after perusing the menu we ordered food and drinks. The dfrinks didn't take long to arrive and we weren't keept waiting long before our food arrived. The portions were of a good size and looked apetising. All in all an enjoyable couple of hours with family.

Food was lovely, very big portions. We had the combo starter which was lovely. The waiter was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very reasonably priced for what we had.
