The place and location is perfect. Me and partner celebrated the Valentine’s Day at the restaurant and the ambiance was great with live band serenading everyone. Our only concern, we waited for almost 2 hours for our starters (oysters and beef tartare. And took another 30-45mins for the main dish. The food was good just the waiting time during that day was horrible

Everything was great except for the udon stir fry. It was very salty that you can’t even finish one bite and the server is not approachable at all.

I visited 360 Sushi & Cocktail Bar with my girlfriend last month, and unfortunately, the experience is one I won’t forget — but not for the right reasons. We waited almost an hour just for two Aperol Spritz, and nearly two hours for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, the sushi itself didn’t make up for the long wait either. In my opinion, there are much better sushi places in Poznań. It’s a real pity because the location and the view are fantastic, and the place definitely has a lot of potential. With better service and food, it could be a great spot, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t rush back.
