We are truly sorry to hear this, as we always strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. At the same time, we would like to clarify that the dish you described does not fully reflect the one we serve. It consists of skate wing, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, Vin Jaune sabayon, and capers, carefully prepared as a complete composition. Our menu is intentionally concise and based on seasonal ingredients of the highest quality, with dishes changing regularly throughout the year. We understand that tastes are personal, and we are genuinely sorry that this dish was not to your liking.
