I’m giving a low rating because of poor service. I had a reservation and arrived on time, waiting at the entrance as instructed. Instead of a waiter, a bartender approached and offered me random tables I didn’t like. When I politely asked to see other options, including upstairs, he didn’t give a clear answer—just stared or mumbled. He clearly spoke English earlier, so I don’t understand the confusion. I had to repeat myself and eventually settled for a table I didn’t want. Later, I saw other guests being offered upstairs seating, and only then was I told I could go too. Why not mention that earlier? When we ordered food, they asked if we had a booking—which should’ve been confirmed before seating. Overall, communication was poor, and the bartender wasn’t helpful. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse. Please make sure staff are trained to assist properly.
