Nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu kaucji przy platnosci, 2 kelnerki na caly lokal w walentynki, brak dodatkowych talerzylow do dań, brak ewentualnych dodatkowych sztućców dla osob, ktore nie potrafia poslugiwac sie paleczkami, raczej balagan organizacyjny. Jesli chodzi o jedzenie to fajne fryty z wolowiną, moze odrobine zbyt napite tluszczem, napoje drink i herbata bez szału, rameny srednie, w ramenie za 60zl pol jajka i garstka dodatkow to żart, same buliony w porzadku

I’m giving a low rating because of poor service. I had a reservation and arrived on time, waiting at the entrance as instructed. Instead of a waiter, a bartender approached and offered me random tables I didn’t like. When I politely asked to see other options, including upstairs, he didn’t give a clear answer—just stared or mumbled. He clearly spoke English earlier, so I don’t understand the confusion. I had to repeat myself and eventually settled for a table I didn’t want. Later, I saw other guests being offered upstairs seating, and only then was I told I could go too. Why not mention that earlier? When we ordered food, they asked if we had a booking—which should’ve been confirmed before seating. Overall, communication was poor, and the bartender wasn’t helpful. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse. Please make sure staff are trained to assist properly.
