Sushi i Robata – dwa żywioły japońskiej kuchni, połączone w jedno wyjątkowe kulinarne doświadczenie. Wieczór rozpoczniemy od welcome drinka, który będzie pierwszym akcentem naszej kulinarnej podróży. Następnie, co godzinę, nasi sushi masterzy, pod przewodnictwem Mistrza Europy w Sushi – Piotra Kuca, zaprezentują Państwu kolejną wyjątkową rybę. Opowiedzą o jej pochodzeniu oraz sposobie przygotowania, a następnie – na oczach Gości – stworzą z niej sashimi, nigiri oraz autorskie yuzu rolki. W międzyczasie każdy stół otrzyma degustacyjny zestaw dań przygotowanych na japońskim grillu Robata, który nadaje potrawom charakterystyczny, głęboki smak i wyjątkowy aromat. Całemu wieczorowi towarzyszyć będzie sommelier oraz ekspert sake, który poprowadzi Gości przez starannie przygotowaną degustację win i japońskich trunków.
