Naszym pomysłem jest odczarowanie wina i stworzenie lokalu gościnnego, przystępnego, otwartego dla wszystkich, którego celem jest promocja kultury picia dobrego wina. Chcemy promować dobre wina, w większości w wersji naturalnej, ekologicznej, nisko interwencyjnej, pochodzące z małych rodzinnych winnic.
