I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, drawn in by the Spanish cuisine — and honestly, the food itself was delicious. But that's where the positives end. The service was appalling. Our waiter was unfriendly throughout the evening, frequently ignored our table, and we were unable to place additional orders no matter how hard we tried to get his attention. Given that the service charge is automatically included in the bill, it seems there's simply no incentive to try. To make matters worse, the reservation is strictly limited to 2 hours — and the moment our time was up, we were asked to leave with no alternatives offered and no flexibility whatsoever. Not exactly how you want your birthday dinner to end. The kitchen deserves credit, but the overall experience left a very bitter taste. I would not recommend this place for any special occasion.

At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points, as all of the policies mentioned in your review were clearly communicated before your visit. The reservation was made through the zjedz.my platform, where the 2-hour reservation limit is stated, and this information was also repeated during the reservation confirmation call. Due to high demand, this policy applies to all reservations. (Clearly communicated to the customers). We also inform guests at the time of booking that if they would like to extend their reservation, they are welcome to contact us directly. Whenever we have availability, we always try to accommodate such requests. Unfortunately, on that evening we were unable to extend the booking due to full occupancy. The service charge is also clearly stated in our menu and is not hidden.

Restauracja cudowna, wspaniały klimat, ciekawe wnętrze, dania rodem z Hiszpanii, wszystko bardzo smaczne i dobre jakościowo, desery wprost niebiańskie. Wrócę tu na pewno nie raz.

Restauracja godna polecenia , wszystko na 10. Pyszne jedzenie, napoje, wspaniała obsługa. Bardzo ciekawy wystrój restauracji. Mogłaby być dłużej czynna, choć o godzinkę.
