The booking process was a complete failure. Upon arrival at Salute!, 15-minutes prior to my confirmed reservation time, I introduced myself and mentioned my reservation for three. Unfortunately, the hostess did not find my reservation and thus we were seated in the non-reservation area, rather than in the main dining room as requested. As disappointing as this was, the food and service were outstanding as usual. Initially, I blamed myself for thie issue, however receipt of the email linking this questionnaire serves as evidence the reservation was successful, other than linking it to Salute!’s official reservation list. This is the second and hopefully last time this issue occurs.
