Nasze menu zmieniamy przynajmniej cztery razy w roku, opierając je na świeżych, sezonowych polskich produktach. Korzystamy z wielu produktów z certyfikatem ekologicznym, dostępnych na dziale SLOW FOOD w Zielonym Centrum.

Dzięki temu, że wszystkie dania przygotowywane są na miejscu, mogą Państwo poprosić o zmiany w składzie, a nasz szef kuchni przygotuje potrawę zgodną z Państwa oczekiwaniami. Na Państwa życzenie możemy przygotować makaron bezglutenowy lub razowy, przyrządzić dania bez dodatku tłuszczu lub innych składników, śmietanę możemy zastąpić jogurtem naturalnym. Ponadto możemy skomponować danie wegetariańskie lub wegańskie.
