About us

Restauracja Pierniocova znajduję się w samym sercu toruńskiej starówki. W 2019 roku Szef Kuchni i właściciel Bartłomiej Witkowski wraz z żoną stworzyli miejsce wyjątkowe w każdym możliwym calu. Wnętrze lokalu industrialne, które połączyło w sobie wyjątkową cegłę, metal, ciepłe światło i elementy, które pamiętają czasy XVII wieku. Znajdziemy tutaj wysokiej jakości produkty od ryb, po mięso i warzywa oraz owoce morza z najwyższej półki. Wszystkich gości częstujemy chlebem własnego wypieku z nutą korzenną i konfiturą z czerwonej cebuli z suszonymi śliwkami. Nasza obsługa kelnerska prosperuje szeroką i wyselekcjonowaną gamą win z całego świata.

Pierwszy raz byłam w tej niesamowitej restauracji, pięknie urządzone wnętrza. Zamówiłyśmy oczywiście osławione gęsie pipki- rewelacja, polecam każdemu niezdecydowanemu! Na deser creme brulee- pięknie podany i przesmaczny deser. Polecam gorąco!
