About us

Kuchnia Gdańska przez wieki była zupełnie inna niż kuchnia reszty terenów Polski. Przez to, że Gdańsk od zawsze był miastem portowym, można tu było znaleźć składniki i przyprawy z całego świata, z czego dawni gdańszczanie z chęcią korzystali. Dlatego my odwołujemy się do tej historii. Nie tyle do dań, lecz do produktów.
