Famos! Viel zu schade, dass am Abend unseres Besuchs dieses Restaurant nur so wenig Beachtung fand. Die Sauerampfersuppe war außergewöhnlich, der Fisch vorzüglich. Der professionelle Service rundete den Abend ab. Vielen Dank

We had dinner at Restaurant Four in Kraków, Poland, and unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing for the price we paid. As people who work in the restaurant industry ourselves, we understand how demanding hospitality can be and appreciate that there is a lot going on behind the scenes. However, we felt that the service could have been much better. Our drinks could have been cleared from the table more frequently, and on two separate occasions, drinks we had ordered were never brought to us, even after we had asked for them. For a restaurant in this price range, we expected a higher level of attention to detail and more attentive service. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations and affected our overall experience. The restaurant has potential, but we believe there is room for improvement when it comes to service and guest attention.
