Mieszcząca się w renesansowych wnętrzach Restauracja Copernicus proponuje Gościom dworską kuchnię polską, w nowoczesnej interpretacji utalentowanego Szefa Kuchni – Marcina Filipkiewicza. W menu nie zabraknie grzybów, przepiórek, dziczyzny, raków, szparagów oraz innych szlachetnych produktów. Gośćmi restauracji było wiele znamienitych osobistości w tym były prezydent Stanów Zjednoczonych – George W. Bush czy książę Karol.

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Wonderful atmosphere; excellent and friendly service and we loved our meal. Would recommend highly to anyone visiting Krakow.
