Kuchnia jest otwarta, więc Goście mogą podglądać jak z największą starannością ich dania są przygotowywane. Menu zmienia się sezonowo, a kucharze dobierają produkty od najlepszych dostawców oraz od znajdujących się również w Pasażu, Delikatesów13. Bardzo bogata selekcja win na butelki jest tworzona wraz z Vinoteką13, a Goście mogą kilku z nich spróbować na kieliszki.
