Restauracja Prime Cut to nowatorski steak house łączący w sobie nowojorską klasykę z elementami kuchni europejskiej. Obsługa bez zarzutu, klimat kompletnie nie w moim stylu ale to kwestia gustu, niestety ta najistotniejsza rzecz czyli jedzenie to kompletna klapa. Jest po prostu kompletnie bez smaku, i mięso, i dodatki. Stek był w ogóle niedoprawiony, sól i pieprz niewiele pomagały, i jak na polędwicę to trzeba się było naprawdę namęczyć z żuciem, a zamówiłem medium rare. Gwiazdkę daję za dobre drinki.
