Despite being a beautiful location, it was very quiet when we arrived for our reservation. The staff were huddled and chatting and seemed more interested in talking to each other than attending to guests. Once we were seated they brought over menus and plates for our starters and mezze, the plates were all dirty with actual food in between them. When we highlighted this to the staff one Lady came over and removed them immediately with an apology but her colleagues sniggered, I’m still quite unsure as to what she found funny about serving guests dirty plates. The Mezze boards alright the food was good but nothing special and overall we found hamster quite underwhelming. After being recommended this restaurant we left feeling quite disappointed.

about the restaurant Hamsa
It was our first night in Krakow and Hamsa did not disappoint. The mezze was very tasty as were our kebabs. The atmosphere and outside eating area in the garden was particularly lovely. Would recommend.
