About us
Aż trudno uwierzyć jak prężnie na przestrzeni lat rozwinęła się nasza restauracja. Począwszy od czasów, kiedy większość pracowników stanowili członkowie rodziny oraz przyjaciele, po dzisiaj, gdzie zatrudnionych jest ponad dwadzieścia osób. Cały nasz zespół tworzy to miejsce w rodzinnej atmosferze. Co więcej, z czasem okazuje się, że nietypowa lokalizacja restauracji, umieszczonej na obrzeżach miasta, stała się jej atutem. Z dala od zgiełku można poczuć się jak w domu i odprężyć podczas posiłku w gronie najbliższych. Przez lata wypracowaliśmy standardy, które zdobyły uznanie wśród naszych Gości. Są one nieustannie przekazywane kolejnym pokoleniom kucharzy oraz kelnerów.
Lata pracy pokazały nam jak bardzo Goście cenią sobie jakość i autentyczność potraw. Dlatego też, naszym priorytetem jest dostarczanie możliwie najświeższych oraz lokalnych produktów. Czerpiemy z darów Matki Natury, otaczającego nas lasu i morza. Pomimo ewolucji dań na przestrzeni lat, charakter domowego grilla opalanego węglem drzewnym pozostał niezmienny. W miarę upływu czasu pojawiały się coraz to nowsze dania, które stały się sztandarowe jak np. flaki z kalmara czy wspaniałe ryby i dziczyzna. Najbardziej lubiane przez Gości stały się ziemniaki pieczone-jeden z najczęściej wybieranych dodatków. Fakt, że cały czas Was przybywa i często do nas wracacie daje nam niesamowitej motywacji do działania. Gościnność jest cechą bez której nie wyobrażamy sobie tworzenia niezapomnianych wrażeń i doznań kulinarnych. Nie możemy się już doczekać aż nas (znowu :)) odwiedzisz! Do szybkiego zobaczenia!

Odwiedzam tę restaurację regularnie, często zapraszając tu ojca na obiad, bo zazwyczaj wszystko jest na wysokim poziomie. Niestety, tym razem się rozczarowałem — ziemniaki były zimne, jakby dopiero wyjęte z lodówki, a pieczarki tylko letnie. Szkoda, bo zwykle jedzenie jest świeże i dobrze podane. Mam nadzieję, że to jednorazowe potknięcie.
Odwiedzam tę restaurację regularnie, często zapraszając tu ojca na obiad, bo zazwyczaj wszystko jest na wysokim poziomie. Niestety, tym razem się rozczarowałem — ziemniaki były zimne, jakby dopiero wyjęte z lodówki, a pieczarki tylko letnie. Szkoda, bo zwykle jedzenie jest świeże i dobrze podane.
