We had a special gastronomic experience: we tasted a vibrant green pancake, the top of which was decorated with small, lovely flowers. As impressive and unusual as it was, it hid an equally unique harmony of flavors. It was pleasantly sweet, but not at all intrusive. It created a perfect balance between the refreshing tartness of pineapple and pomegranate and the indulgent sweetness of chocolate and vanilla.
