I recently visited your restaurant and, unfortunately, had a rather disappointing experience. I had made a reservation and prepaid 800 zloty beforehand. However, this amount was not deducted from the final bill, which resulted in me paying it twice. Only after pointing this out to the staff was the amount corrected, but it took over 14 days for the refund to be processed. Had I not noticed and mentioned the error, I would have lost 800 zloty. This level of service is not what I expected and is unacceptable. Furthermore, the service during the evening left much to be desired. Our waitress, Julia, took a significant amount of time to take our orders, and one of the dishes was incorrect—fried potatoes were served instead of mashed potatoes. It was also noticeable that she was engaging in lengthy conversations with another table, which appeared to be her friends.
