I love this restaurant. I celebrated my birthday there on Sunday, July 19th. The food was incredibly delicious, and the shisha was excellent. However, this time the level of service was significantly worse. The waiter was not in a hurry to take our order at all; we had to look for him around the dining area. When we mentioned that we had already been waiting for him for 40 minutes, his response was: “Well, it happens,” which, to me, was a very strange way to handle the situation. There were not many guests in the restaurant, so it was difficult for us to understand such a long waiting time just to place an order, as well as such a dismissive response. Thankfully, the food was served quite quickly afterward, and the quality of the dishes truly saved the evening.
