We were a group of eight people from Ireland, and although the food was good, the service was terrible. When paying, I asked to use my Aperitif Smart App discount, but the staff refused, saying the receipt had already been printed and no changes could be made. The owner’s attitude was even worse. When we said we would leave a negative review because of the poor service, she replied that she didn’t care because it was a franchise. We’ve never experienced such rude and unpleasant staff. Good food cannot make up for such poor customer service, and we would not return.
