Obsługa była bardzo miła, otwarta i pomocna. Drinki pomysłowe, jedzenie smaczne. Rachunek mogliśmy podzielić wg własnego uznania bez problemu. Trochę długo czekaliśmy na drinki, ale to chyba jedyne nasze zastrzeżenie. Myślę, że jeszcze odwiedzę to miejsce z przyjaciółmi.

Obsługa była bardzo miła, otwarta i pomocna. Drinki pomysłowe, jedzenie smaczne. Rachunek mogliśmy podzielić wg własnego uznania bez problemu. Trochę długo czekaliśmy na drinki, ale to chyba jedyne nasze zastrzeżenie. Myślę, że jeszcze odwiedzę to miejsce z przyjaciółmi.

Rezerwacja przez serwis zadziałała zgodnie z przekazanymi informacjami. Natomiast - jak to bywa przy spotkaniach w dużej grupie - ktoś się wykruszy, ktoś przyjdzie z kimś. W dniu rezerwacji kilkukrotnie próbowałem się dodzwonić do Cuda na kiju w różnych godzinach, napisałem też na messengerze lokalu - wszystko w celu powiększenia rezerwacji o 2 osoby. Ale też wszystko bez reakcji, zatem te kanały komunikacji z lokalem nie działają. To jest na minus. Jedzenie fajne, piwo OK, bardzo fajne naleweczki. To na plus. Natomiast wysoki stopień asertywności obsługi, tj.: niechęć do obsługi przy barze i odsyłanie do swojego stolika, brak zgody na zamknięcie drzwi wieczorem (3 osobom przy stoliku wewnątrz było zimno z powodu przeciągu podczas chłodnego jeszcze wieczoru) bo drzwi są cały czas potrzebne obsłudze. Długie czasy oczekiwania na reakcję kelnerską. To jest na lekki minus.
