Naszą pasją jest tworzenie wyrobów, które zaskakują zarówno smakiem, jak i jakością lokalnych produktów. Wypiekamy chleby na naturalnym zakwasie oraz wyselekcjonowanej mąki, która mielona jest w młynach z wielopokoleniowymi tradycjami. Proces powstawania niektórych wypieków trwa nawet 24 godzin.
Fascynacja do tworzenia nowych wyrobów, stałe poszukiwanie inspiracji – to sprawiło, że z małej piekarni na ul. Ruskiej we Wrocławiu, powstały miejsca, które łączą zamysł piekarni oraz kawiarni, a teraz także bistro. Naszą misją jest tworzenie rzemieślniczych oraz jakościowych produktów, jak i gwarantowanie miejsca pełnego ciepła, przyjemności i dobrego smaku.
