Einen herzlichen Dank gilt dem Braumeister Johannes Herberg, der uns spontan sein Heiligtum den Gärraum für das Jopenbier gezeigt und den Brauprozess für das von im in minuziöser Recherche und Forschung erläutert hatte. Absolut empfehlenswerte authentische Lokalität, die ihr Handwerk pflegt und versteht.
