W naszym menu znajdziecie Państwo tradycyjne potrawy wywodzące się z Indii. Oferujemy bogaty zestaw dań mięsnych i wegetariańskich. Naszą główną specjalnością są potrawy z pieca Tandoor. Te dania z jagnięciny, kurczaka i wyrabianego domowymi sposobami sera (Paneer) są delikatnie przyprawiane mieszankami specjalnych marynat i gotowanie powoli w tradycyjnych glinianych piecach nazywanych „Tandoor”. Kojarzony z kuchnią indyjską, Tandoor to typ glinianego pieca wykorzystywany w wielu krajach bliskowschodnich i południowoazjatyckich do pieczenia i innych zastosowań kulinarnych. Jest to cylindryczny piec, który jest używany od stuleci; Tandoor jest na ogół ogrzewany drewnem lub węglem i często pozostaje gorący przez wiele godzin lub dni, aby utrzymać bardzo wysoką temperaturę.
