I'm giving 2 stars, and this seems generous, but let me explain. The food, which was gluten-free (I hope), was mediocre at best, and I was sad to learn that they use wheat starch in loads of gluten-free meals/ready-to-buy products (if not all of them!), which is very disappointing given that the majority of celiacs might have wheat sensitivities/intolerances. The waitress was quite rude and seemed not to understand that we arrived about 3 minutes late for our booked table, which had already been given away at that time. We waited anyway as we had no other place to go to dine with my celiac kids. The facilities are ok, but the toilet is just appalling - a tiny space hidden behind the hideous curtain (gross!) and the waiting line is constantly interrupted by the waiters as the loo is just next to the kitchen facilities. Overall, the food is overpriced and I would not recommend it.

Dear Madam, thank you for your review, although we are sorry your visit did not meet expectations. Please note that all dishes marked with the crossed grain symbol are 100% gluten-free and fully compliant with EU regulations. If they contained gluten, people with celiac disease – especially children – would feel the effects quickly. Since your visit was 4 weeks ago and no health issues were reported, this confirms the safety of our food. Our restaurant has a standard toilet that meets all sanitary requirements. Regarding the reservation, if guests arrive late, the table may be given to others, but we always do our best to find a solution. We value all feedback, even if we disagree with some points, and we hope you may give us another chance in the future.
