Jedzenie : udon z wołowiną - dobre i bao z wołowiną -słabe. Jeżeli bao ma być z marynowaną wołowiną, to nie może składać się w 3/4 z kimchi (bardzo dobre nota bene) a w 1/3 z twardej wołowiny. Odwrotne proporcje. Jeśli będę chciała najeść się kimchi to zamówię kimchi. Smak kimchi zabił wszystkie pozostałe smaki, nawet sosu hoisin. Na przystawkę dim sumy z wołowiną. I znowu to samo. Ja nie wiem dlaczego oni mają problem z tym mięsem, ale wołowina w pierożkach znowu twarda...6 malutkich dim sum za 46 zł to też lekka przesada.
