Waited 30 min to place an Order even though I had a reservation. Then waited another 70 minutes until our order was ready. Sushi was good nevertheless

This is a tough one. A year ago I visited and ordered the Omakase. Amazing experience!! Each piece was prepared in front of me with an explanation of the chef's original creation. I looked forward a whole year to visiting again. I reserved via their website but they never got it. No problem. But then told me to sit at a table not th2 sushi bar. For Omakase? And 10 basic nigiri pieces were brought at one time (though good) salmon, yellowtail, tuna. Basic. Yet charged me for Omakase. I was upset so I paid and left. What happened to this place from just 1 year ago??
