Zaprosiłem znajomych na spotkanie urodzinowe. Zarezerwowany stolik na 8 osób został nam przedstawiony na piętrze i nie nadawał się on na spotkanie. Była awaria klimatyzacji/wentylacji. Było zbyt ciepło i duszno. Nikt poza nami nie przebywał na piętrze. Pani będąca kierownikiem sali najbardziej pomogła w tej sytuacji. Po interwencji zaproponowano stolik zamienny który zwolnił się po kilkudziesięciu minutach. W ramach tych nieprzyjemności kelner nie zaproponował nic aby zadośćuczynić tej sytuacji tylko w pełnym zakresie pobrał od naszej 9 osobowej grupy dodatkową opłatę w wysokości 10% od obsługi. Kawa była średnia i szparagi również. Reszta była ok. Bywam też w lokalu na Placu Bankowym i po raz kolejny uświadamiam się że jest to lepszy lokal.

To już ponowna nasza rezerwacja w tym miejscu. Wszystko przebiegło bardzo dobrze, stoły były przygotowane, a jedzenie smaczne. :)
