Bardzo nieprzyjemne doświadczenie, a szkoda bo mieszkamy blisko i lubimy chodzić do restauracji. Na carpaccio z buraka, które zamówiliśmy jako przystawkę, orzechy włoskie były mocno zjełczałe…ale zjedliśmy buraki i zostawiliśmy orzechy na talerzu. Jak kelner przyszedł odebrać talerz, powiedziałam mu że orzechy były zjełczałe. Na co usłyszałam tylko “ok”. Po jakimś czasie kelner przyniósł nasze dania główne. Na ravioli z dyni dostałam te same zjełczałe orzechy. Znowu musiałam wybierać zjełczałe orzechy z dania. Kelner ani razu nie przyszedł się zapytać czy wszystko ok. Jak przyszedł odebrać talerze to powiedziałam mu że znowu dostałam te zjełczałe orzechy… po czym on się odwrócił i poszedł… ani przepraszam, ani nic innego nie zaoferował, nic… po prostu odszedł bez słowa…brak jakiegokolwiek wyszkolenia i podejścia do klienta. Ravioli było okropne. Większość dania zostawiłam na talerzu.
