Na naszych stołach specjalnie dla Was goszczą chrupiące piecuchy i aromatyczne lepiochy - w towarzystwie smakowitych zup i apetycznych przystawek oraz regionalnych pyszności. Wrocławska Kamienica Pod Złotą Koroną pochwalić może się tak zwracającą uwagę architekturą, jak i ciekawą historią. Miejskie dokumenty mówią, że istniała już w drugiej połowie XV wieku. Sto lat później, po modernizacji na zlecenie kupca Johana von Holtza z Kolonii, stała się jednym z pierwszych dzieł śląskiego renesansu. W 1904 zapadła decyzja o rozebraniu budynku i postawieniu na jego miejscu nowej, secesyjnej kamienicy, która jednak została zniszczona niemalże całkowicie podczas drugiej wojny światowej. W latach 1957-1960 odbudowano ją na wzór planów sprzed 1904 roku - z attyką i z renesansowym portalem, który przeniesiono z kamienicy przy Kazimierza Wielkiego 28. Dzięki temu nawiązuje formą do architektury weneckiej i wyróżnia się złotą koroną na węgle budynku, zaprojektowaną przez artystkę Irenę Lipską-Zworską.

Do Pierogarni Stary Młyn chodziliśmy jeszcze, gdy była w poprzedniej lokalizacji. Bardzo polubiliśmy to miejsce od początku. Na przestrzeni lat pojawialy się nieuniknione, zapewne, zmiany. Czekadełko się kurczyło, porcje też się zmniejszały z biegiem czasu, a ceny rosły, wprowadzono nawet opłatę za podsmażenie pierogów. No trudno, godziliśmy się z tym i wpadaliśmy do Pierogarni gdy mielismy okazję. Jednak to, co ostatnio otrzymałam na talerzu przekroczyło wszelkie granice. Zamówiłam porcję pierogów lepiochów. Już na talerzu widać, że pierogi są prawie płaskie. Po rozkrojeniu widać, że ciasto nie jest wypełnione nadzieniem, lecz ledwo posmarowane cienką warstwą. Czuję sie po prostu oszukana, tym bardziej ze ta porcja kosztuje ponad 40zł. O ile cenę znałam podczas zamawiania pierogów i na nią się zgodziłam, nie mogę się pogodzić z tym co otrzymałam na talerzu. Droga pierogarnio, wstydźcie

Witam, czekałam na potwierdzenie rezerwacji kilka dni bez odpowiedzi. Po wykonaniu telefonu dowiedziałam się , że obecnie restauracja nie prowadzi rezerwacji. Ogółem porażka.
