Pierwszy wieczór to swobodny pop-up w Słonym Spichlerzu - blisko kuchni, chefów i samego produktu. Drugiego wieczoru zapraszamy do restauracji Nikka na kameralną kolację degustacyjną, podczas której smak stanie się częścią większej opowieści tworzonej przez światło, obraz, muzykę i pracę szefów na oczach Gości. Rude staff and mediocre sushi. Before we got there, we had really high expectations. But when we got there, the restaurant was half empty, yet we got a table at the back hidden behind the bar, sandwiched between two other groups. Since we were hidden behind the bar, it was difficult to get in touch with the waitress to order. We started by ordering omakase sushi, it took a while before we got our food. When it finally arrived, there had been a mistake, the waitress had understood that we wanted one portion of omakase (5 pieces), while we thought we had ordered 5 pieces each. The waitress didn't seem particularly interested in finding a solution. We then decided to order a sushi roll with truffles. It took another while before we got the roll, which tasted like any other sushi. After that, we felt that it wasn't worth ordering anything else, mainly because of the bad attitude…

Restauracja zdecydowanie godna polecenia — nowoczesne wnętrze, świetna atmosfera i przede wszystkim bardzo smaczne jedzenie. Trzeba jednak liczyć się z dość wysokimi cenami, szczególnie jeśli chodzi o drinki, których koszt wynosi około 50–60 zł. Na duży plus zasługuje bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Jedynym minusem była nieścisła informacja dotycząca wejścia na rooftop — zostaliśmy poinformowani przez obsługę restauracji, że po godzinie 23:00 obowiązuje opłata 50 zł od osoby, nawet dla gości restauracji. Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że wstęp był darmowy.
