Restauracja Niedźwiadek jest jedną z najstarszych restauracji w całych Bieszczdach. Niedźwiadek to lokal uniwersalny, w którym każdy znajdzie dla siebie dobrą opcję posiłku od tradycyjnych potraw regionu, po wyśmienitą włoską pizzę na długodojrzewającym cieście na daniach wegetariańskich kończąc. Siła Niedźwiadka to zdecydowana większość potraw wykonywana od podstaw w restauracji i wysokiej jakości składniki.

Panie Jacku, długi weekend sierpniowy. W Ustrzykach jest kilkakrotnie więcej Gości niż w innych terminach, my i nasza kuchnia nie jesteśmy z przysłowiowej gumy. Odpisujemy już po weekendzie zapraszamy - jest cicho, spokojnie, normalny czas oczekiwania.
