Na kulinarnej mapie Poznania istniejemy od kilkunastu lat. Kreatywne podejście do japońskiej tradycji, nieustanne zdobywanie wiedzy i doświadczenia zaowocowało przekonaniem wśród naszych Gości, że oferujemy najlepsze sushi w Poznaniu. Jedynym sposobem, aby to sprawdzić jest wizyta w naszej restauracji. Zapraszamy do Japonii w Poznaniu!
Zasady rezerwacji:
- Rezerwacji można dokonać od poniedziałku do niedzieli w godzinach funkcjonowania restauracji,
- Nasz ogródek znajdujący się na Dziedzińcu Starego Browaru nie podlega rezerwacji,
- Przy rezerwacjach od 7 osób do rachunku doliczane jest 10% opłaty serwisowej.
- O wyborze preferowanego stolika można informować nas w komentarzu, aczkolwiek zastrzegamy sobie możliwość przydzielenia innego miejsca gdy sytuacja będzie tego wymagać.
- W przypadku spóźnienia prosimy o kontakt telefoniczny. Po 15 minutach od niepojawienia się w restauracji, rezerwację będziemy traktować jako anulowaną

Ocenę podzielę na dwie części. Pierwsza to ocena kelnera: bardzo miły pan, który jak się okazało był prawdopodobnie pierwszy dzień w pracy, więc starał się bardzo - co było widać, i za to jak byliśmy obsłużeni podejście i całokształt 5* Druga ocena - restauracja: zamówione na pierwsze danie zupki - dwie inne, podane jedna po 20 minutach, druga po 35 minutach. Partnerka jadła, ja patrzałem jak je. Ona skończyła, następnie dostałem swoją - ona siedziała i patrzała jak ja jem. Nie tak wyobrażałem sobie kolację we dwoje. Kolejne danie - zestaw sushi. Niektóre rolki ze starym wyschniętym ryżem, trafić można było nawet na dość mocno nie dogotowany twardy ryż. Tak samo wasabi, nie było pastą tylko prawie że proszkiem które się kruszyło. Można było też zauważyć tendencję wydawania częściej zamówień na wynos niż na salę restauracyjną. Wg mnie do parę rzeczy do poprawy.
