about the restaurant LORO
Nie jestem zadowolony z procesu rezerwacji, bo system domyślnie ustawia długość rezerwacji na 1,5 godziny i nie jest to jasno widoczne dla rezerwującego. Ja się zorientowałem dopiero jak przyszedł sms z konkretnymi godzinami rezerwacji. Raz nam się to już zdarzyło w Tygryzie, bo nie zwróciliśmy uwagi i wskoczyła kolejna rezerwacja tuż po nas. W LORO musiałem założyć drugą rezerwację i dopisać w uwagach, że 2,5 h a nie 1,5 h. Czekałem na potwierdzenie z LORO, że mam stolik na 2,5 h ale się nie doczekałem, więc musiałem zadzwonić i potwierdzić, że jest ok. Poza tym dawno nie płaciłem kaucji za stolik (200 zł) i opłaty za rezerwację (6 zł).
