Tragedia. Rzadko daję negatywy ale ten jak najbardziej się należy. Zrobiłem rezerwacje 9 dni wcześniej – miał to być obiad jako prezent na Dzień Matki. Przychodzimy na umówioną godzinę, a obsługa dopiero szuka stolika. Szczęśliwie stolik się znalazł, pani kelnerka dopiero po 20 minutach raczyła przyjąć zamówienie. Zamówienie standardowe, żadne wymysły. Kelnerka informuje, że oczekiwanie do godziny, trudno ale zgoda. Zamówione napoje przynosi dopiero po kolejnych 20 minutach (stolik obok, gdzie ludzie przyszli później napoje dostali prędzej) i informuje, że zamówienie wydłuża się do dwóch godzin bo kuchnia się nie wyrabia. Ręce opadają. Skoro brakuje mocy przerobowych to po co przyjmują nowych klientów i nowe zamówienia, po co są rezerwacje?
