Jedyna prawdziwa włoska restauracja w Bydgoszczy, gdzie nawet w pochmurny dzień można przenieść się do słonecznej Italii.

Każdego dnia do naszej restauracyjki dostarczane są świeże produkty, niestety nie zawsze wszystkie są dostępne, dlatego też czasami nie jesteśmy w stanie przygotować dla Państwa niektórych dań. W zamian za to staramy się stworzyć dla Państwa dania z poza karty aby wynagrodzić brak w menu i dać Państwu możliwość spróbowania innych kompozycji potraw wymyślonych przez naszych kucharzy. Sprzedaż pizzy określamy na około 20-30szt dziennie dlatego też czasami gdy popyt jest większy nie jesteśmy w stanie przygotować ciasta na bieżąco gdyż nasze ciasto na prawdziwie włoską pizze potrzebuje około 24h leżakowania. Liczymy na wyrozumiałość i otwartość w poznawaniu nowych smaków. Jeśli jednak zależy Państwu na konkretnym daniu, sałatce bądź pizzy zachęcamy do wcześniejszej rezerwacji.
Sekret włoskiej kuchni polega na jej prostocie i szlachetności składników. Dla Włochów jedzenie jest wielką sztuką, a wynika to w dużej mierze z ich południowego temperamentu i stylu życia. W Restauracyjce Buongiorno nie chodzi tylko o jedzenie, ale o styl życia, gdzie można cieszyć się w spokoju z przyjemności, jakie ono ze sobą przynosi.
