Browar Pod Zamkiem jest zlokalizowany w kamienicy w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Zamku Książąt Pomorskich i usytuowany jest w historycznej części Szczecina - Starego Miasta przy ulicy Panieńskiej 12.
