Bajgle Króla Jana powstały w 2015 roku w sercu Starego Miasta w Szczecinie, w cieniu Zamku Książąt Pomorskich i Starego Ratusza. Powstały z miłości do "bułek z dziurką", do dobrej kuchni, z pasji i chęci sprawiania ludziom radości.

Nasze bajgle są w 100% naturalne.. Tworzymy je według własnej, sekretnej receptury. Używamy tylko najlepszych składników, nie stosujemy konserwantów ani spulchniaczy. Każdego bajgla formujemy ręcznie, poddajemy procesowi powolnego rozrostu dając czas na nabranie bajglowego charakteru. Zgodnie z kilkusetletnią metodą kąpiemy nasze bajgle we wrzątku przed wypieczeniem w piecu chlebowym.

Wyjątkowa receptura oraz zachowanie tradycyjnych metod wyrobu gwarantują, że bajgle smakują dokładnie tak, jak smakować powinny. Ich miąższ jest sprężysty i gęsty, a skórka chrupiąca.

Sam pomysł na trzeźwy rave rewelacyjny! Odnośnie realizacji- zabrakło mi winietek z informacją co jest na stołach oraz odpowiedzi na wiadomość w messengerze

Nie polecam. Jakość bajgli spadła na przestrzeni długiej działalności lokalu. Bajgle są małe, niedopieczone, niesmaczne. Bazowy produkt tego miejsca - rozczarowanie. W weekend nie serwują śniadań - absurd! Na 2 małe bajgle czekaliśmy ponad pół godziny (deklarowany czas:20min). Lokal mały, ale nie przytulny: ciasny i przeraźliwie głośny. Roztrzepana obsługa. Ubrania przesiąkły zapachem tłuszczu. Szkoda pieniędzy i czasu. Zdecydowanie polecam inne śniadaniówki na mieście.

To była absolutna katastrofa. Mimo zarezerwowanego miejsca siedzieliśmy sami w piwnicy. To jeszcze było ok, ale potem po około 40 minutach dowiedzieliśmy się, że musimy czekać jeszcze 40 minut na zamówienie. Personel choć miły, przerastało zadanie przygotowania śniadania. Szkoda, bo przyjechałam z przyjaciółmi z Niemiec i chciałam pokazać jakie świetne mamy kafejki i restauracje. Na szczęście dalsza podróż do Gdańska to potwierdziła. Sam lokal przyjemny. Co do śniadań nie mogę nic powiedzieć, bo wypiliśmy tam tylko herbatę i zjedli już gotowe ciastko.
