Byliśmy grupą 8 osób. Pierwsza Pani Kelnerka, która została przydzielona do naszego stolika była nieprzyjemna i osoby które zaprosiłem odczuły niechęć wobec nas tak jak byśmy swoimi pytaniami sprawiali problem. Na szczęście szybko zmieniona osobę która nam pomagała i reszta wieczoru upłynęła już miło ale pewien niesmak pozostał. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i gorąco polecam zarówno przystawki jak i dania główne. Desery są klasą same w sobie i absolutnie niepowtarzalne.

Przyjemne wnętrze, miła obsługa, ale na tym pozytywy się kończą. Bardzo głośna muzyka nie pozwala normalnie porozmawiać przy stoliku. Jedzenie zupełnie przeciętne. Potrawy warzywne nawet ok, mięso było po prostu fatalnie przygotowane. Do tego malutkie porcje. Ja osobiście nie widzę powodu, żeby tam wrócić.

Co do jedzenia - dobre, pięknie podane, ale bez szału. W Warszawie nie brakuje lepszych miejsc z kuchnią bliskowschodnią, gdzie można zjeść taniej.

Niestety z każdym miesiącem w jest coraz gorzej. Plusik za menadżerkę potrafiąca wytłumaczyć niedociągnięcia i przeprosić. Zorganizowaliśmy rodzinny obiad urodzinowy, potrawy zamówiliśmy z wyprzedzeniem (nie dostaliśmy wszystkich zamówionych dań) Niestety jak przyszliśmy na miejsce to wszystko było już wystawione, zimne i mokre. Kelnerka mimo naszej prośby o choćby lekkie podgrzanie twierdziła, że wszystko jest ciepłe i dobre. Podsumowując: -Obsługa pracująca jak za karę, w większości nieznająca polskiego -doliczanie do rachunku wątpliwej jakości ,,serwisu’’ -jedzenie jest dobre, ale z każdym kolejnym razem kiedy odwiedzam to miejsce coraz gorsze. Mimo pewnych aspiracji lokal prawdopodobnie idzie w stronę prostej popijawy przed Norblinem.

Amar Beirut was very welcoming and accommodating right from the start and made our special family lunch for 15 very memorable and pleasant. Our waiter, Anthony, from Lebanon, was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him for a most authentic Lebanese experience! He also suggested the sky bar to us which was just as good, the views great and the people chilled - we landed up having a great time into midnight! Thank you Amar Beirut and Anthony for your lovely authentic hospitality, it brought back many good memories of Beirut and Lebanon back for me !

Restaurant has great interior and good/clean service of meal. I can say one of the best Middle East cuisine restaurant in warsaw. Food are exact line with Lebanese kitchen so who ever would like to try Lebanese tastes definitely here is the best restaurant in Warsaw. As bonus of this restaurant they have 2nd floor hookah place and they are really best in Warsaw as well. Basically after food you can chill out with good flavor of hookah. Place can be a bit pricey but really what ever you get it deserve every single your grosze :) comparing some other restaurants are not even close to Amar Beirut quality.

Piękny wystrój , klimatyczny, mimo dużej ilości stolików zachowana pewna intymność. Może trochę za głośna muzyka, trzeba było mocno się wysilać rozmawiając. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie jestem rozczarowana, liczyłam na bardziej dopracowane potrawy. Najlepsze były zapiekane ziemniaki.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food was very tasty, but there was a problem with the reservation. I tried to book on Monday morning (12th of February) places for 3 persons for the 14 of February but all places were busy. Even though the lady I spoke to, urged me to cancel my booking, I stayed with my reservation. I asked her to call me or send an email info if somebody cancels his reservation. In summary, I received from the lady info the table for us will be ready on Wednesday at 7 p.m. like my original proposal. 5 stars for the restaurant, 5 stars for food, 5 stars for wine, 3 :( stars for the booking.

Amazing food and amazing atmosphere. We celebrated my partner’s birthday here as a group of 13. From dealing with the booking to the end of the night everything was perfect. We have visited here previously and will be back many more times to come.

The food and wine were interesting and we were happy with both. The singer had a really good voice. Quite a few of the staff spoke no Polish. Paradoxically, this seems almost an advantage as it provides an opportunity for the predominantly young diners to show off their English. We didn't venture upstairs and while the decor was generally fine, we felt that the main restaurant could have had different table arrangements and some sort of breaks, or screens perhaps using plants, to break it up and make it more intimate and cosy. Having said that a good evening.

The restaurant is truly impressive and beautiful, food and drinks are delicious, but the service needs to be improved. Waiters didn't know if our table was already served, 4 different people asked us if we already ordered, no one checked on us if we need anything during our 3-hours stay, asking for a waiter and service was a nightmare and almost impossible, and then we waited 20 minutes for a bill. Then we moved upstairs to smoke shisha and 3 or 4 different waiters came to us to ask if we already ordered. We waited over 20 minutes for the shisha and drinks, and when we asked for a bill, the waiter told us she will pass it to another waiter. Long story short, we waited then another 30 minutes and we finally received a bill from the waiter who didn't take our orders in 1st place. This place has a great potential but the service needs to be improved.

Niestety dzień przed zaplanowaną wizytą dostałam od restauracji maila że dla naszej rezerwacji będzie zastosowane menu dla grup (nas było 5 osób). Poinformowałam że narzucane nam menu nam nie odpowiada ponieważ część grupy jest na diecie wegetariańskiej i wegańskiej i wolelibyśmy zamawiać z menu dostępnego na stronie. W odpowiedzi zostałam poinformowana że w tej sytuacji rachunek od osoby ma wynosić minimalnie 200 zł. Takie wystawianie klienta dzień przed wizytą, gdzie jest bardzo trudno znaleźć stolik na piątek wieczór ad hoc uważam po prostu za brak szacunku i pychę wobec swoich klientów. Musiałam szybko szukać alternatywy i zmieniać plany dla naszej grupy co nie było łatwe ani nie miałam na to czasu. Uważam że zostaliśmy potraktowani po prostu bardzo niefajnie:(

Bardzo dobre drinki, jedzenie ok, słaba obsługa. Drinki alkoholowe i bezalkoholowe nazywają się tak samo więc trzeba uważać co się zamawia. Generalnie stosunek jakości do ceny - słaby.

Niestety po 3 potwierdzeniach rezerwacji Stołu dla 5 osób na tarasie na KOLACJE, dostaliśmy niską ławkę z 3 talerzami w przejściu która nie sięgała wysokością nawet kolan, ławka była dostawiona do tarasowej kanapy w taki sposób że nie mieściły się nogi gości. Po 45 minutach czekania i po rozmowie z 3 pracownikami dostawili stół. Pani menedżer młoda dziewczyna drętwa na takie sytuacje, niepotrafiąca wyrazić ani empatii ani kreatywności powtarzała z głupim kpiącym uśmiechem że stołów nie ma i że w tej sytuacji może zaproponować stół na 1 pietrze. Super miejsce, super kelnerzy, super jedzonko ale niektórych pracowników należy przeszkolić i sprawdzić😵💫

Jedzenie - bardzo smaczne. Kelnerzy - nie mówią po polsku lub z trudem. Są mili, ale wymagają doszkolenia w swym rzemiośle - np. na 2 osoby przy stoliku podają jedno menu. Wielka stara maszyna - atrakcją lokalu. Toalety - czyste, ale czy jedno (?) oczko WC wystarczy na tak wielki lokal?
Jedzenie - bardzo smaczne. Kelnerzy - nie mówią po polsku lub z trudem. Są mili, ale wymagają doszkolenia w swym rzemiośle - np. na 2 osoby przy stoliku podają jedno menu. Wielka stara maszyna - atrakcją lokalu. Toalety - czyste, ale czy jedno (?) oczko WC wystarczy na tak wielki lokal?

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, super design samej restauracji. Kelnerzy skupieni na klientach. W czasie naszej konsumpcji wynikło pewne zamieszanie ale Managerka załagodziła sprawę bardzo sprawnie i profesjonalnie.
